Our active hi-fi speakers with Bluetooth will probably be the smartest choice for most people. The advantage of an active speaker is that you don't have to worry about what choice of amplifier to get for your speakers. In an active speaker, the amplifier has been matched perfectly to the speakers from the get-go by our capable engineers, meaning all you have to do is to plug them in and connect your phone via Bluetooth. Then lean back, turn up the volume and enjoy the music. Aside from Bluetooth, we always make sure our speakers have the connections they need for your other needs.
Passive speakers, unlike our active speakers, require a separate amplifier to work. Passive speakers aren’t worse than their active counterparts, they just require a little bit more work to set up. The amp is where you’ll be streaming and plugging in all of your music. You can combine your new speakers with your granddad’s ancient homebuilt amp, which is beautiful in and of itself, or if you don’t have one of those, our very own Argon Audio SA1 amplifier would be a great choice.
